Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 303-422-6031 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Arvada Appliance tries to make your appliance purchase and repair as smooth and stress free as it can be. To do so, please inform us of any special requests at the time of your purchase or service, i.e. the appliance needing to be taken up or down stairs, new floors, etc. While our delivery and service teams are well experienced, it is still the customer's responsibility to be sure all entryways are the appropriate size and clear of clutter, ice and snow.

Delivery Questions

A: Arvada Appliance does offer free delivery to several Metro-Denver cities! Please inquire with the office to see if you reside within our free delivery radius.

A: We have an experienced in-house delivery team for all installations, deliveries, and drop offs.

A: Though we would love to be able to do everything, our delivery schedule is very full so we do not modify the space the appliance goes in. We do have great referrals if modifications are needed though!



Service Questions

A: Yes, our trip charge and diagnostic fee starts at $72.50 depending on your location.

A: We service most major kitchen and laundry appliances! This includes, but is not limited to, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, wall ovens, cooktops, washers, dryers, coin operated washers, and coin operated dryers. We service most major brands as well! We do not service Bosch, Thermador, Wolf, Dacor, Sub Zero, or Viking.

A: We know when you find something you love, you want to keep it forever! However we do not service small appliances, i.e. blenders, toasters, mixers, etc.

A: We would love to be able to carry every part on our truck but if we did, we would be driving a semi-truck. Our service technicians do, however, carry the most common parts on their service vehicles! If a part is not on hand during the time of service, the part will be ordered and the service call will be rescheduled. No additional trip charge will be charged for the return trip.

A: We will need your contact information as well as brand and model number of the appliance in order to be the most prepared.



Purchasing Questions

A: Arvada Appliance does accept returns. If you are trying to return a part, the part must be in original packaging, not installed and within 14 days of purchase. If you are trying to return an appliance, the appliance may be subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the brand and order.

A: We carry most major brands! These brands include, GE, GE Profile, GE Cafe, Hotpoint, Haier, Amana, Whirlpool, Maytag, Kitchenaid, Frigidaire, Frigidaire Gallery, Electrolux, and Speed Queen.

A: We always recommend bringing in the measurements of your appliance space and doorways. If you are unsure of the measurements or unable to measure, we would be happy to come out to measure for you for a trip charge of $72.50.



Payment/Financing Questions

A: Arvada Appliance does offer many financing options! We offer financing through Wells Fargo (credit check required), Acima ($50 application fee and no credit check), as well as Westcreek ($10 application fee and no credit check).

A: We require payment in full for all appliance purchases. Service payment will be required at the initial service trip but will not be processed until after the service has been completed.

A: We accept cash, check, and Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards.
